**** i was just there in august to visit my relatives from ocala florida on my birthday and we went to this really good resturaunt. it's supposed to be a seafood place but i got a burger because i dislike seafood and it was one of the best burgers i've ever had. um i can't remember the name, but it was right across the street from The Bubba Gump Shrimp Co...

The Chart House - Seafood, Steak - so da.mn good, sorta pricey but definitely worth it. Right on the water too

Theres a good bbq place out there, smokey joes I think its called? Crap, I can't remember, I always get sun poisoning when I go out there, and can't remember jack crap else. Its on the main strip, south of bubba gumps I believe.

wing house is ALWAYS a good choice. every waitress is smokin and the portions are 3 times the size of anywhere else. decently priced too. others are aunt catfish, shells (seafood). Port orange steakhouse, longhorn steakhouse, woody's bbq, top of daytona just for the scenery and there are just so many

starlight cafe is right across from bubba gumps. johnny rockets on the 2nd floor of oceanwalk is good, its like 3 or 4 miles down from where sbn is held, but bonefish is good(really dress up place). ormond is like 10 miles from where sbn is gunna be..there are tons of nice and/or good resuraunts there.

never been. but ive heard its good.

oceanwalk is cool on big events. but living so close to it everyday, whenever you go you see the same "wanna be thugs" in the same corners and the same run down hobos in the same stairway and the same crackwhore slut in the same bathroom. gets boring.

hahah yeah i know what you mean.

i only go once a year, to visit my relatives in ocala, but i always go spend two days in daytona and i hate it because there are so many tourists. and granted i'm one of those, i'm not an idiot. it's like since people have never been somewhere they have to stand there for 40 seconds infront of you to decide which way they're going to walk. come on people. the only way i look like a tourist is because when it's 60 there and people are wearing pants and long sleeves i'm in shorts and a t-shirt lol

i like to mess with the tourists. whenever i hear them talking about going into a resturaunt ill walk up to them and when im sure they are looking at me, look over my left and right shoulder and in a very serious voice say.."you wont want to be in there in about 5 minutes." flip my hood up, look over both shoulders again and walk in as fast as i can.
