Good Quality Small Mono Amp <300W with High Level In

Like the title says, Im looking for a small mono amp to drive a dual 4 ohm voice coil sub. Cheap, compact, and reasonably good quality is good. Must have high level input capabilities. Dont need anything too powerful...200-300 watts should be sufficient.

May also consider smaller 2 channel amps.

look at the rockford pbr300x1 its **** tiny and should give u the power you want new theyre only like 240. theyre 1ohm stable and have a tendency to get quite warm to the touch but i have yet to make mine go into thermal protect lol even though it gets hot enough to cook on. otherwise id say the incriminator 5.1 from ssaudio.com its around 280 and will give u a full 300 watts at 2 ohm and since it is 1ohm stable amp it make a little over 500 at 1ohm again another compact amp that will hold up to some abuse. prolly my next amp to replace my rockford but incriminator needs to come out with a small 4 channel to match it first

have you looked at the alpine mrp/mrx m500 series amps, they are small and super efficent.

audiopipe also has a small series of amps, some complain of them not putting out the right power(i don't know for sure though)
