Good Quality Amp With 700RMS?

Hey I need your suggestions on what amp to get. It needs to have 700RMSx1 @ 4. I can spend up to $180 at the very most. Btw this is going to be powering a AA Arsenal 10.

I actually have an Orion 4002 to amp my components, but I heard that the new products Orion has came out with since the company sold aren't that good. I could be wrong though, in any case thanks for the suggestion. Any others?

just get the matching 6002, there has to be one around somewhere
