good processor for single amp and sub

I want to keep my HU and looking to purchase a processor that will allow me to eliminate the factory setting for pushing bass. I have a single amp powering a sub and nothing else. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks:veryhapp:

get a new HU. a processor wont do anything for you. if you only want to have a separate knob for the bass a maxx-link will work

An Audio Control Epic 160 is a very nice bass processor with lots of features...

3sixty.1 or the .2 if you are experienced enough or willing to pay a shop that knows that they are doing

edit jk i thought you had an amp for speaker and then a sub, read it incorrectly i say the epic 160 is a good choice

I only have 1 amp pushing 1 sub. Wouldn't a 3sixty have channels that I do not need? I don't want to pay extra for something I wouldn't use. I need something just for sub.

no the M tube 8 is just an EQ...It won't really help at all for what your looking for

It is a preamp also and boost your output voltage but so does the Epic 160

I really do not need anymore boost. it's just that when the volume goes up, all the bass just gets mashed up together and cannot hear a clear note
