Good price on these PPI arts?

This guy has an A600, A200, A100, and an FRX 322. He has a couple Orion subs and infinity mids with them also. He says they've been in storage since 98' too. He wants $350 for everything. I would also have to drive roughly 200 miles to pick em up too. Should I jump on em? Or should I see if he will just part with the PPI stuff?

Not very good pics, but from what I can see they look decent.

Not like a super deal but not bad. The pics are worthless. At that distance with that focus they could have been used as anchors and they'd look nice.

Edit. Actually the art all seems to look good... Who knows man. Go see.
