Those things will fall apart on you. I used to collect knives. I would recommend a Benchmade, or a Spyderco for your cost vs durability comparison. I would look at the Paramilitary from Benchmade, excellent knife, though some deem it only to be a cutter. To each their own.

My dad has a pretty nice puma(made in Germany) but it doesn't have a clip on it.

I carry a titanium CRKT. It does have a clip and assisted opening. Puma cost my dad about $90 and mine was $85 at a gun & knife show.

Whats your budget? If you've in the $60-70 range get a kershaw, I had one once, a Blur, by far the sharpest knife I have ever owned, it was on par if not sharper then my xacto blades. You know a knife is sharp when you accidentally cut yourself and don't realize it till you see blood.

If thats to expensive you can get one of these for $20-40 depending on where you get it. I currently own a version of this knife(M16-10KZ), only difference is mine has a black tanto blade. I wish I could have found the above version for cheaper, I got mine at wall mart for $19 the only place I could find that had a regular blade was double the price so I got the tanto, which is fine now I'm used to it but now where near as useful as a regular curved blade.
