should have mentioned a few things

1>I want to buy locally if possible

2>Can't do paypal because I have neither a credit card nor a bank account

3>Can't get a bank account because things got screwed up and I still owe a bank about $300 on an old checking acct, and once you owe one bank, all of the rest will not open an acct for you.

4>Can't do Ebay for the same reason as #2
