i just got a very nice used(couldnt tell it wasnt new) mtx 6500d with the ebc controll for 75 cash. it was still in the plactic, in the box with all the papor work.
this amp at 4 ohms is rated at 250 watts at 12.5v
the birth sheet said 407 watts at 4 ohms at 12.5v with only .368 thd
at 2 ohms it had 621 watts with only .447 thd
thinking it was to good to be true, of course i tested it on a diamond d-3 i just picked up(will be dooing a review shortley) and it was quite the little amp. worked perfect. i would have to say that this is a good deal, the amp is in mint, mint condition.
oh yea, the d-3 is a new last years model i got for free to do a test on for a local audio shop. an even better deal.
