I wouldn't buy that enclosure...it's probably tuned very high, around 38-40Hz.

So thats a no for buying it? What does it matter what its tuned at? Sorry I know nothing or very little about this stuff.
You have 350 posts here and know very little? A high tuning makes it louder but the bass wont be as deep, correct me if im wrong

You're right. Tuning a box higher makes it much more "peaky", which increases SPL around a very narrow range of frequencies; makes the box "one-noted" and not very good for SQ.
