Good deal? Will it work for me?

I'm thinking about buying a set of 2 MTX 12" subwoofers in an enclosure with an MTX amplifier. The subwoofers are 12" Thunder 4500's. The amplifier is an MTX Thunder 342. All in good condition for $150. Is this a good deal or not? I'd be putting it in a 2001 Nissan Pathfinder...

not a bad deal for all that, so long as it is all "factory functional" its coo.
