Good deal from Down?

So I'm rebuilding my system ground up for my new 4Runner. I would like to go active with a DIY 3 way (dayton, SEAS, Vifa etc) with an active Xover and a 15" something that has nice SQ and some decent output. My question for now is the amps. I was wandering around in the used section and found these:

Now I know they are great amps but are they on the level of DLS, Zapco etc for SQ. Is it a good deal? (not paying 275/each)

OK so I need to go HU-Xover-Amp-Speakers for Active Xover. So I need 4-6 channel amp... hmmm can you build your own passive X-overs?
