good amp in my budget!

Alright buying a whole new setup and just got amp left to pick but I really dont know much about amps to see what I need and how to set it up, but for now just want to know what I need.

I'll be running the following:

HU: Pioneer Premiere DEH-P680MP

Comps: Rainbow SLC 265

Subs: 2 10" AA Assassins

Need help with amp. Whats the best that will work for my system for under $300?? Should I run a 4-channel and bridge two for my subs, or run a mono for the subs and separate one for comps? Help please.

it powers my aa assassin 12s no problem

and a orion 4002 for your comp set

it is 200X2 in 2 ohm

will give each of your comp (4)speakers 100 watts rms each..
