Good amp for single mtx 8000 (the $45 one)

Hi. i'm puting this in my gf's VW bug. i would like one with a high level input b/c i'm not getting her an h/u. the sub is 400 rms. i want one in the low $100 shipped range. suggestions anyone? oh yea, its going in a ported box, so i think i'll need a subsonic filter thing..

Yeah so? It does 450rms x1 @ 4ohms.

Profile makes solid amps.

$75 @ Ikesound. Can't beat that power for that price.

no, the sub will be just fine. i know of a 7500(basically the same as the 8000) getting 600wrms in the mtx recommended ported box..it get's the hell beat outa it daily.....be going at it for more then 6 months now...

ok this amp seems cool, but i just remember that is going to need a remote bass control input. looked at the profile site, and cant tell if has one or not. does anyone know? if it doesnt ill need other amp suggestions.

because she cant control the bass at all from her stock h/u, it doesnt even have a cd player in it! do does it or not?

set the bass for her, once its setup the volume knob should be effient

also that amp doesnt have a SSF, i guessing ur gonna port the box and tune to around 30 so u wont need it anyways
