Good amp for a BL 15?

what amp would you use if you had an Fi bl 15 sub? i have my eye on a local AQ1200 i know it would be under powered, so will it damage the sub or will under powering a sub be ok with the aq1200? my mind is set for a single bl 15 setup.

You can't damage a sub by underpowering it, but you can mess up a sub by trying to make the amp do more than it is supposed to causing clipping, which will damage the sub.

ok cause I had heard that it was better to over power a woofer than to underpower it. so the aq1200 should be good for the bl until I can get a good 1500 rms amp?
