Good amp for 2 L7's

I have two 15" l7 Dvc 2 ohm, and i was planning on buying a Hifonics xx Colouoss Amp 1100x2 @ 2ohm to power them but have heard hifonics are not good, Does anyone recommend a amp that does around 2000 watts at 2 ohm thats around same price as the hifonics or should i just get the hifonics?

defenately go with the colossus. i plan on getting one too. but the L7s can handle way more that their "recommended" 1000 rms that kicker says on the manual. the 15 l7s can handle up to 2000 rms each. get the colossus and wire the down to 2 ohms so they each get 1600 and let them pound!

I got a soundstream picasso 1700 rms mono block,at one ohm!For my kicker l7 and have the bass low as possible and it sure pounds the crap out of my sub!****, I love this amp!

I thought he was trying to go a cheaper route. That why I recommended the P.A. 2200d. If $$ is no option well of course the Orion, Kicker or US amps. My bad.

I also had a hifonics hercules 1000 rms at one ohm and it punded the shit of my kicker l7! It was good to me!

no you can run them bridged at 2 ohms for a total of 3200 there for they get 1600 each
