first of where can i order the carpet from because i know it needs to be backed.
I'm thinking of going with a charcoal color because this seems to hide seems the best.
i just need a very sharp razor, some spray on glue, and some time?
I've seen many techniques to hide lines but the best I've seen was to wrap the whole enclose while its on its side. and put that seem on the bottom. then for the sides push down one piece of the carpet and another over it and cut a half moon shape then repeat this going all the way around.
think this will work?? or are there better easier ways for me to do this?
Also when it comes to the actual hole for the sub it the box and the slot port how do you put the carpet there? just tuck it into the hole and port and try to make sure it stays? or just cut it off right around the lip and hope it doesn't look like ****?
I've also seen some plastic or rubber port "caps" that would work well if for going over the carpet on the port. any idea where to get these? my port is 15 by 3 and 1/4.
