A note is just a name given to a particular frequency and pitch of a sound, or something along those lines.

How are they made in songs? Is it just by lowering the frequencies?

because I'm like really sick right now. I call up my manager saying I don't think I'll be able to make it at work today due to my sickness. He's says ''Sorry, but I need you at work today''. I can't even talk right now because of my clogged up nose. Even worse, I've never got a day off! Drink PLENTY of fluids. If you get a gallon or so during the day it really helps. I was quite sick last week and I drank 1 - 1.5 gallons of water for 3-4 days straight and it really helped. I had to piss alot but it was worth it. Get LOTS of rest as well. Any chance you get to lay down and relax, go for it. I dont know where you work but I would definitely tell them that you have never taken a day off and you realize that the company needs you but you need to get better and just cant come into work.

Yeah, I've been drinking lots of water. I work at sonic from mon-sun. The thing is.... sickness + food + running around delivering food = bad

If you just have a stuffy nose thats not the same as feverish, dizzy and incoherent. If you can barely walk or talk and can't do the job if you show up then it's the managers job to find a replacement.

I don't know how sick you are but usually it takes alot to be too sick to work.
