Going to San Antonio for a week

I'm taking a week in San Antonio for a conference and wondering if any of you guys know of anything cool to see or do.

I don't expect to much being that its Texas an all but there's gotta be a few things going on.

U have the river walk for one, lots to there. Pretty much all downtown is nice. Then u have the theme parks and waterparks, but idk if ud do that...

Indeed...

Fiesta Texas is there, then there is a Sea World. Then up the street about 45mins u have a Shlitterbahn water park in New Braunfels...

Float the River (drunk tubing)

go drive thru the hill country

lots of live music (not as much as Austin tho)

depends on what you like doing, but there is a lot to do.

All this plus Ratama park ( horse races ) , Cowboys dance hall ( wether you like country music or not ) the women are worth it, coyote ugly, and Howl at the moon ( awesome dueling piano bar ) on the riverwalk, They have PGA tour golf courses ( DOminion and Hill country ) I lived there a few yrs ago and I thought it was gonna **** balls, but it was one of the best places ive ever lived..

Make sure you float the comal river in New Braunfels

go to gruene texas and float, canyon lake, 6th street in austin, downtown s.a., and like what was said fiesta texas. lots to do there.

I went to Schlitterbahn just last month and it was cool... but the lines are horrendous, go early as you need the whole day to get your $30 ticket worth.
