going to be powering a 15w3 what amp under 200

buddy at work just picked up a smoking deal on a jl 15w3 for 80 bucks now he needs a amp what would be good for around 200 he would like less but i don' want him buying some crap amp from best buy and not being happy.

Thats where I bought a few of my thing from...well my old things i should say...the cvx I had and then the zx 750.1...both worked awesomely.

any other ideas this is the 4ohm version so i will be doing 2ohms should i look for a 500wat amp or go lower i won't be putting the gain all the way up he realy has no clue about car audio so i don't want him turning it all the way up and blowing the shit out of the sub
