if you have a low number of feedack or percentage it will. its buyer protection. this is how it will be until you build up your feedback score.

i dont think it had anything to do with ur feedback cuz i have 100 % at like 30 and they do it to me..its only protection from the buyer and seller

Same thing happened to me last time I sold something on ebay.

Up until that listing. I always used the money recieved from the buyer to pay for shipping.

I had to delay shipping the item the guy won by about 1-2weeks because my paypal was empty and I had to transfer $$$ from my bank account into my paypal so I could ship the **** thing. Transfer took foreverrrrrrrr.

Was retarded. I dont see how it protects the buyer other than inconveniencing them.

last few other times this happened to me, i just politely asked the buyer to leave me positive feedback before i shipped. and they were nice enough to. but this time i will just ship first.

See, I didnt know about that at the time.

I chewed out ebay(or was it paypal? i cant remember) for that too. They just gave me a generic response like a week later that didnt help any.

Doesnt having them give you positive feedback before you even ship kind of defeating the purpose of having feedback in the first place?
