GMOS-01 and Eclipse CD7000

Ok so i am having a real issue installing my CD7000 with my gmos-01.

I have used this same GMOS adapter on the last 3 head unit i have installed but for some reason it will not work with the CD7000 unless i wire the accessory (red) in with the constant (yellow).

Has anyone else used a GMOS adapter with an Eclipse headunit? Have you had issues with it?
