GMC theftlock

hello readers, i just bought a 99 Yukon with theftlock. I want to put in a basic c/d player but the smaller pigtail bundle in the back of the radio i am guessing has to do with the theftlock. the main pigtail is basic and easy enough to wire but i am worried about what to do with the other as i am sure it has to do with the theftlock. if any one can help me with this i would appriciate it. thanks in advance.

The theftlock is only usable on oem radios as those radios use theftlock to identify the passlock system.

A aftermarket radio does not use this and permanently bypasses it so switch away. If not if you decide to use a oem cd player have a dealer program it if you do not know how too.
