GMC Sierra Denali build. Clean daily setup

-Mid & tweet will be ran passive on channels 1&2 of the ZX, the midbass will be active on 3&4.-Custom Door pods will be made to house the mid and midbass, tweets in factory location
Can you elaborate on how you have this setup a little more? Im just curious since I have a 3-way active setup and Im trying to incorporate a set of mids in.

I don't know if i'm going to be painting these... I thought about it and my leg is goign to be pretty close to them I really don't want them to get scratched. If I was to carpet them, Do you guys think I should do them in black or a gray? I don't know how close I can get to matching the factory panel.

Since I'll be running a 7, 5.25, and a tweeter and I only have a 4 channel amp to work with, I will be using the passive crossovers for the 5.25 and tweeters running them off channels 1+2. I will run the 7's off channels 3&4 without passive crossovers.

I see, how will you be setting the 3-way crossover in the hu? Thats just the part Im having trouble sorting out in my setup. LP for the sub, BP for the mids, then just not using the HP?

Cover them in the same color material as your factory door panels... whether it be one color or the other, it would look nice. If it's vinyl or leather, make sure it's dang near perfectly smooth!

Keep it up!

Oh I see what you are asking. Yeah I haven't figured this part out yet. Was kind of going to cross that bridge when I get there type thing.

Mmm...Denali...so sick.
Thanks

I was thinking that too. I guess we will see after I sand.

Well give me an update once you figure it out. Im very interested to see, its about the only solution to a problem Ive ran into.

So today I sanded down the passenger side and hit it with soem Rage Gold. I also finally wrapped and resined the driver side.... I guess the driver side underdash sits a bit closer to the door. Its def. going to fit but it does touch so painting is out of the picture or it will rub off on the dash. I'm going to try and pick some suede tomorrow.

doors are looking great. Need to show this to my buddy, he has an 05 silverado. These doors just seem perfect to make a nice stealth 3-way.

Awesome daily driver for sure.
