gluing plastic to suede fabric?

on my headliner, i have a plastic trim piece that goes around the cutout for my sunroof, to make the cutout for the sunroof have a nice edge. it just sorta pushes in and sits there, its fine now, but i have a feeling when i put my MT in, its going to fall. while i have the headliner out now, i want to glue this to the headliner and clamp it down over night.

what would be the best way?
