gluing and clamping baffel

What do you think the bare min of time keeping clamps on Bc box is built inside of trunk and clamps would stick out and I wouldn't be able to close my trunk.

I could probably keep them on over night but I wouldn't be able to drive whole time the clamps are on.

 
Put plenty of glue on it, clamp it, and then screw it in all together while it's clamped. You don't want to wait until after the glue has dried to screw the 2 baffles into each other, because then the glue won't have dried in the right position to keep the panels tight together. I usually get the baffle all setup, clamp it and such, mount it to my box then let it sit overnight to let the glue dry. It doesn't take 24 hours for that glue to fully harden up, 10-12 hours as said above will work.
