So is the hole cut wrong? Cause its 12" diameter cut

Might be to big. But as quoted the speaker you have may be ok in a 12" diameter. Just put them in the holes and see. Worse case have to re do the top or put another layer on top.

Yeah may have an issue. You might need to make another layer to place on top of holes you cut already. Thats if you do not feel like taking the box apart if not. Take the part off for the holes and sand it smooth and make a new peace.

ok got glue went with tightbond II now i dont have clamps so can i use weight's till the glue drys

I've used liquid nails and it just didn't do it for me. Titebond II works well, but I use either Dap or GE subfloor adhesive, since I get it free off of job sites I'm working on. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif They bond well enough to where the MDF breaks before the bond does, so that's good enough for me...not to mention it says on the tube that is bonds wet/frozen wood as well.

I built the box in my moms car with 3/4 MDF, Drywall screws and construction adhesive. and spray adhesive for the carpet..

oh he used screws, then its ok, you dont need to clamp really, unless you are trying to pull in a board that you cut a lil off
