You can't honestly tell me that all of the carbon that we have put into the air for the 100 or so years isn't having some sort of effect???

a very small effect. solar activity is 98% of climate change. humans can't affect shit unless it's nuclear, like the sun.

I was born and raised in Canada now I live in SW GA, where, yes, it is hot as **** in the summer and nice in the winter. I'm not saying that its all true cause i believe some of it is bull shit. but I also believe that we as humans are having some effect this. There is no way that we can pollute as much as we do and it not have some bad side effect.

yes i can. I find it hard to believe carbon dioxide is so evil when the EPA says Water Vapor is a worse greenhouse gas. I find it hard to believe when the emissions have risen the ppm count to 365 ppm (as opposed to 278) and the temperature has increased only 1.6% since then. I find it hard to belive that carbon dioxide is evil even though the rate of carbon emissions tripled from 1945 to 1975 and the Earth was cooling during that time.

SOME. keyword. BTW, if you really want to help you can get rid of ALL THE INDUSTRY in the world, because that is what it would take to potentially drop the carbon ppm level down to it's pre 1850 state.

question is: is that side effect worth the billions global warming costs? these global warming people aren't coming up with realistic sollutions. al gore has to buy carbon credits from his own company to offset his own house. way to lead by example moron.

Trading carbon credits is excellent business. If he wants to pollute X amount, he pays $X. If he was less well off, he would have to cause less pollution as he is unable to offset "damages" caused by his pollution. It is an excellent way to lead by example.
