Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know there are a few girls in here...Me being one of them. I started on here a few months ago before I got my new car and I'm back now that I have it trying to get some more ideas on the subs before I actually go out and start getting my stuff.

what kind of car do you have?

It's a black 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT. Everything is stock right now only because I got it 3 months ago and don't want to put the stuff from my other car into it. I am still looking for a sub that I want and once I have that everything else will be right behind it. I was looking into the RFL 152 SPL Comp Sub or the JL W7 but I haven't really looked into anything else in the past couple months so if you have any suggestions I'm definitely open for anything.

I'm pretty much in it for the bass but I do want the sound quality too. If you have another other suggestions on a better sub feel free. Like I said before the money thing isn't an issue I just want to know what you guys think.

well, teh RFL is not a SQ sub at all... its a big fart lol.

the W7 i refer to it as a status sub...

costs a lot... looks like it too.... but overall, not worth what you pay for it...

look into something like an Adire Audio Brahma, (everyone who hears them loves them) or Resident Engineering XXX (same sort of way)
