Of course its possible. However, your average and most nurses do not make near that much money.

they do here. hell, one of my best friend's wife is an RN and clears $29/hr and it's her first year. my aunt is nurse manager and clears $140's, my ex just got her rn and started at $25/hr at the crappy hospital.

It's effective enough that if you're not a complete dumbass and pull out with ample time left before you nutt, then even if a few hundred sperm cells leaked into the vajeen then there would be no worries.
