happy days reruns on fox32 right after what's happening were the shit when i was growing up in the early 80's.

set in kenosha wisco, just 15 miles north and right across the border from my stomping grounds, which was rather enlightening.

5 actors skyrocketed their careers from that show; winkler, howard, most, morita, and baio. unfortunately, erin moran got screwed in her contract and ended up in a trailer park with little to no money and noone casting her for anything.

happy days actually invented (accidentaly) a tv industry term that is still used today called "jumping the shark" when fonzie jumped over a shark on a jet ski or boat to boost ratings.. now it means the show has been on to long and they doing crazy stuff to maybe milk the show for another yr or they do it on last show..
