So much fail, was all excited for my amp to arrive today. Only to get an email from UPS saying they didnt have enough information to delivery my package. Meaning the guys at Audioque decided not to list my apartment number on the label. When my invoice CLEARLY has an apartment number.

On top of that UPS 1800 sends me to some facility for pick up, just for them to tell me driver wont return till about 9pm tonight. So i see if they can tell me where he is so i can hunt him down myself, bastard wont pick up the phone.... SO MUCH FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!

Just be calm and wait for the driver to return to the office. Then have them hold your package and go physically pick it up.

I'd rage so hard if I were you. I'm always afraid they will somehow forget that my apartment number is listed. Just moved out on my own about 2 months ago so listing my apartment number still feels odd.

My biggest gripe, besides the times they've delivered to the wrong house all together, is when a package is out for delivery and you're there waiting and it never shows up. Then you call to see what's up and they say they tried to deliver but no one was there so it'll be out the next day, I WAS THERE ALL DAY and no delivery was attempted.

I'd just tell them to have him drop it off on his way back. Then send a polite email to AQ requesting they read the invoice next time.

Or when the driver is so dumb he can't find your house, when its right off a county highway, with big letters on my mailbox. So two days go by, and then there's that letter in the mailbox. So I go to the UPS branch, and come to find out the package was sent back because it was UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED... And im refunded to my paypal, on a deal of a lifetime. (4 pb es 15's for $180)

It was a small error but it was there fault. My invoice from the day i ordered it has my apartment number on it. The shipping label does not.

When i first moved into my current house i had some packages delivered. The UPS driver told dispatch that he couldn't find the place. Later that night when i go to the sort center to pick it up myself, I was told that the driver lives 4 doors down from me.
