So .. one day my gf decided to lie to me about going shopping with her mom in order to see one of my friends of close to 10yrs ... just yesterday she broke things off with me saying i treat her like a daughter ... wtf is that shit .. anyway long story short .. i lost one of my bestfriends, a girlfriend, and my dignity .. Go and flame if you want about me "crying" but if youve never been through it ... you dont know how it feels ..

I’m absolutely astonished that you haven’t already broken down your ex-friends door and beat him severely.

The only reason you feel bad is because of adverse selection. In the future, you can mitigate this risk with the assumption that all women are cheaters. If they don't cheat, you are good. If they do cheat, well, you already expect them to so it's no big deal.

I know exactly what you are going through. I went through the same exact thing in 2005. You are never going to forget it, and you will never stop wanting revenge. Honestly though, the best recourse is to just move on. In my situation, my "best friend" is still trying to contact me to see if we can be friends again. I just ignore him. Don't worry, you'll find the girl you are supposed to be with. She won't cheat on you. My new gf is much more beautiful and respectful than the one that cheated.

No. Because I also have the theory that if no guy allowed himself to be the other man, then it would eliminate the possibility of cheating. You could eliminate the possibility of cheating by eliminating the supply.
