i liked nitrix...after a week or so it really kicks in and u feel like ur pumped all day...the cell mass really worked for me too..i love it...i dont really bunch too often i do mostly incline...bench is all for ego imo or atleast mostly ego...i rep 205 on incline a good 10 times and id say i could hit around 300 on incline,,,maybe 315 on flat...i like working out back and traps the most tho...
