lanzar? i thought they were a no name brand that sucked? also RE audio says 2cuft is the recommended size for the enclosure...y would i want a box that big(they recommend ported enclosures to be about 4cubes for this sub)

yeah the hifonics amps are good. and my older bro had a XXX 12'' and u can use the recommended box that will work perfect. but if u want a little bit louder take up the extra space and u will be a little bit louder but i wouldnt say it will be anything really noticeable. yea isnt ur sub like 1800rms on the 15''. if the hifonics is under rated a little bit ur probably getting like 1300watts rms im guessing. and if ur still looking for a good sounding loud sub u have it. but there is the orion H2,w7's, dd's, adhire audio, etc. i heard the type x's are made for sq. just some suggestions

ya the XXX is rated at 1600 watts rms...and thats good to know i wanted to make a bigger box for the design i was going for...now i can do that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif how'd u like the sound of the 3.5 cubes for the XXX?

i think ive decided on the Pioneer DEH-P80MP head unit (probably get it for my birthday in april)

the 3.5 was def a better box than 2.0...but i liked the xxx ported in the 4.5 the best for sql...

maybe i just didnt make a very good box...i think ill start off with a 3.5 sealed and if im satisfied keep it or take more time to build a better ported box later on
