What i am getting at, is if someone has 5 big screen TV's are they bartering for food? HELL NO. Looting for food,water, and cloths is ok. Hell thats only way you can get it. Thats what O' reilly was saying, and that if you were looting TV, jewelry and stuff you dont need you need to go to jail. Then this dumbass comes back and says the cops that broke into stores to get medicine for injured peeps for doctors to help, they need to be arrested. IN OTHER WORDS. Dumbass is saying its ok to steal TV's but you cant steal meds to help peeps.

Nothing would have helped that. Even if levee didnt break. The storm surge was too great. If levee didnt break then they would have been able to pump water out without problem.
