General rattling problems.

I have the housing for my power mirrors rattling. They are plastic, and not sure how to fix this problem? anyone have any ideas.

The trunk lid is also rattling, I put some cardboard on the cross members(guess thats what ya call it) Helped a little bit, I am looking for a cheap solution as I am broke right now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

The only thing rattling inside is the ceiling. it pops out near the front and back window, not sure what to do about that either.

Reducing the rattling will make my "system" sound a little better I suppose. I didn't think this crappy setup would cause so much rattling

i dunno, take out all your seats/carpet and install tons of raamat all over the entire interior of the car.
