General Overall difference

Ok guys heres the deal.....I have a eD16Ov.2 running off of my Phoenix Gold ti600.2 (bridged mono @ 4 ohm) seeing ~600rms. I am lookin to change to a RE SE 15. But because it is dual 4 ohm my amp will see a 2 ohm load.

Now I read somewhere that this amp can handle 2 ohm mono and does 750-800rms dynamically. What do you think?

And what do you think the overall outcome would be changing from the old setup to the new one.

oh and the box is 2.3cubes @ 30hz.

Sorry if Im in the wrong section as my post deals with two different questions.

P.S. my other option is going with the 15 SX.....dual 2 but it would only see 600 rms again?

doubt there will be much difference using the SE

And I really like the way the 16Ov.2 sounds but I just dont want to deal with the warrantys anymore. This is my 4th Vs.2 eD sub to fail. And customs are killing me.

Ok...so assuming I run my amp 2ohm mono to a 15 SE in the same box and assuming it outputs 800rms. What is the possible difference between the two possible setups. I really like my SQL.
