Gas went up .50 per gallon just a bit ago, and people are lined up at the pumps........... anything going on in everybody elses areas?

Odd here it has stayed the same, I saw someone post last night it went up $2/gal for them maybe its just you guys near the gulf? Its about $3.40 here now

If the hurricane destroys the houston refineries that will put the prices even higher. The US has 3 major and 1 I believe is still out since Katrina and another is on the houston coast IIRC.

Gas in/around Detroit was about 3.65 and it went up a few days ago to 3.95

it is really variant in my region.

in gallatin, tn (my city) i have seen:3.58, 3.79, and4.05 going down the same road right after another.

in smryna, tn (sorta close to me) it is 5.55

I personally don't care as much about the price either, as I am not rushing to the pumps. I was just wondering if the gas stations are full in everybody elses areas as they are mine.
