Thank you for your opinion on the topic aesoj as you are entitled to it. As a seller, you think the buyer asking 1 question about shipping is bishing? Kind of a harsh way to handle transactions don't ya think? The charges I quoted were an online estimate, not a real quote, so you can take that as you will.

The addition to the thread was not made until I had received his last pm, in which he agreed to let me have my say on the forum. He was not willing to cover the return shipping charges, a request I made and he ignored in one of the pm's we had.

Your selling policies are your own and have no bearing on this transaction. The example used was walmart. If I, you or anyone else with a computer ordered an item from walmart and they shipped you the wrong one, they would issue a ticket and have the package picked up at your home. That is how retail sales works. I was willing to go out on a limb and send him cash with no previous relationship. The mistake made was not on my part, so I asked for the same common courtesy - send me the money, I will send the speakers. If one party can be trusted enough to do it the other should be held to the same standards.

I do not think the intention at the start of this transaction was to rip me off, but it has come to that. If you, or anyone else, would like to discuss this matter further with me, feel free to pm me. The facts have been well documented in this thread by both parties, and people will take from it what they wish too. There is no need for further public discussion by parties that were not involved. My pm box is always open.

As far as selling im done consider this thread clased. Im going back to splbassx.com only from now on. I realize now that selling here was a bad idea. I am going back to the saftey of ebay(never thought i would say that).

You amaze me. You send me the wrong item, you feel the need to resort to child-like actions and name calling, you get pissed when I relate the story to others and in the end I am the one who suffers. You make a futile gesture and send cash via Paypal payment, NOT a refund, which means not only do I have to pay to ship back your mistake but I lose money on my refund as Paypal will deduct their fees. Had you done what I requested, and simply issued a refund, the fees would have been avoided. As it sits now I lose almost 15% of the purchase price due to your multiple errors.
I can only find solice in two things. First, that the members on CA.com have been exposed to your business practices and hopefully will take this into consideration for any future transactions that may involve you. Second, I see that you have posted that you are leaving the site.

You are right, I am not satisfied. As stated, your errors have cost me money. You have screwed this deal up from the start (50lbs to ship 6x9 speakers) and you have finished it by screwing up once again. Have fun on the ther forum. Glad you have done us all a favor and decided to move on.

Man just drop it. When I put my stuff for sale don't bother looking at it cause I won't sale to you. This all started cause you are annoying and you *****ed about a $10 shipping charge, If it was actually $8 to ship and you lost $2 then big deal, grow up. Just so everybody is aware, I got my 12" W7 yesterday...

It was perfect. Literally flawless... It still had plastic on the mag, original box & manuals, serial numbers, no cosmetic imperfections, & it worked when I tested it. It was still mounted the the wooden baffle from JL. i was very impressed with the condition of it!
