I need to clean house, so spend till it hurts. I will help deliver if you choose. Otherwise all prices are + shipping. I accept/prefer paypal. Only trades i'm interested in are PSP, vintage home reciever (working only), oldschool PG(ms,mps), or Orion (HCCA) amps. All that being said on to the list.

This is crazy, you dont send a guy the wrong shit and then act like you did and even think he will send it back to you, you have lost your ****ing mind. Then try and possibly sale anymore shit, it is obvious you were out to get people. Luckily after you only got 60 dollars out of someone he came up and told everyone about it. As soon as that happened you jumped up and oh shit, you dont want to sell anything anymore...
+my $250 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

My package is set to arrive on Monday

First off, Quest I didn't message you back cause you're a douche bag. As for the 12"W7, that was mine that Marshal bought from me, there is nothing wrong with it. I have bought, sold, and traded with him and I have had no problems, he was actually one of the better ones and I have alot of refers. As for the alpine 6x9's the person that bought them trusted marshal to send them to him after he paid and marshal did, so he could trust marshal to give him his money back after he sends the speakers back. I wouldn't give him his money back until I got the speakers back, but I would pay for the shipping back to me when I did get them back.

Marshal goes to college full-time and works around 45+ hours a week so if he does not message you back then I am sorry but get off of his nuts.

So it isn't BNIB then... (the W7) how are the cosmetics?

when I had it, it got a crack in the dust cap so I sent it in for warranty and it has not been out of the box since I got it back, it has just been sitting in his closet. There in a minor scratch on the side of the basket from being mounted but that will never be seen since you cant invert a W7 anyways. so It is a hell of a deal for the price cause It may as well be brand new. When I bought it I paid $650 so I wouldn't worry

I would vouch for either. (Alpine or marshall)

Marshall, refund, if you havent already.

I can vouch for the products (they) have...... and am well aware of where they bought it from, and $ spent.

Here's my point of view as a SELLER -and I buy tons of sht online, too.

Nineball, it sounds like you're a difficult buyer. First, you bish about him overcharging for shipping but then don't say anything when YOUR OWN calculations show that you were paying (ATLEAST) 92 cents less then what it would actually cost -and that's assuming that he uses his own boxes and packs everything himself. The bishing about the costs should have been a red flag to Marshall that there could be problems with you later. I would have simply issued you a refund right then and that would've been the end of it. No deal. Anyway, THEN, you go and make a thread about this whole thing while he was still answering your pm's. It appears as if he wanted to work things out with you but you made the decision to shut off communication and start a couple of threads instead. I saw those pm's that you posted and the last one came from HIM. Like 'AlpineAndy' already pointed out, you trusted him enough to send him your payment and he came through with the speakers. Yes, he MISTAKENLY listed the wrong model number but you still got the speakers that were pictured. When you pm'd him about it, did he not respond and offer to take the speakers back?

Also, did YOU ask him if he'd be willing to cover the return shipping -since it was his mistake? Just because he didn't offer doesn't mean that he wouldn't/wasn't willing to do it. Why did you find it unreasonable of him to ask for the speakers back first? I've sold a ton of sht online and I NEVER compromise on the buyer having to return the item back before being issued a refund. The only question is whether or not I'm going to pay for the (return) shipping as well. If it was due to a mistake I made, the answer would be, yes. Guess what though?! If you had WON that Paypal claim, you would have had to return the speakers ON YOUR OWN DIME before Paypal would have issued you a refund! If you had told Paypal that you weren't going to ship sht back first (or pay for it), they would've laughed at you and closed the claim -or vise versa.

Again, this is coming from the point of view of a seller.

-Jose

....and do you honestly think that he was out to rip you off? If that had been the case, he would have either 1.) not shipped anything out to you. 2.) not have pictured the actual 6x9's in his post, or 3.) denied that he had listed the wrong model number when you told him about it. The fact that he did none of that shows that it was just an honest MISTAKE.

it was just an honest MISTAKE.
Which can be rectified easily, regardless of what was said previously. Refund, be done, "oops, my bad", and walk away.

That said.....to the other party.

Shipping charges are what they are. Yes, even if it means paying for my gas and packaging materials. The easiest way to avoid problems in this area is to pay MSRP, from a bricks and mortar business, and support your local economy in the process, ....and avoid it all together.

Nothing you could possible reply with would do anything but substantiate my claim.

Pay the refund, quit b1tching about shipping, and dont weholesale your stuff on eBay is the best advice i can give to all parties.

Stick to your guns Marshall, the prices are sound, your a good seller, someone will have the money shortly.

Do you still have the IVA Marshall? I might be interested.
