Gang Stalkers... kind of a cult. Most have their living expenses covered. There's a lot of reading to be done on where the money comes from but likely candidates are the government and drug money. The people can be anyone... if the govt. is involved its likely about exhchange of money for information if that. Their involvement is minimal.
