nope. I moved from patterson park to elkridge in 2006. Havent even been through there since. Except to go to decker, and that was at night. Not really on the park either. 2 blocks up from where i lived was already mexican dominated anyway while I was living there. I used to get my haircut by puerto ricans that couldnt speak english.
