Gallon of water....

So are you all saying that protein shakes dont really do anything? I ask because i want to try to gain about 20 pounds for next football season. Right now im 6'2 180 want to gain mostly muscle..

i had a colonoscopy a few years back (had some polyps and my grandfather died from colon cancer so the docs were like HELL NAW) and you have to take that shit like every 30 minutes. probably THE worst tasting thing you can ever try. fear factor has nothing on it. the flavor is ginger lemon..........wtf kind of flavor is that? you take it and 30 seconds later your *** is on fire. do that 5 times a day for two days....

it'll help, i think its effect might be a little bit overrated though. if i could affoard to just eat nothing but chicken or something i'd probably do that instead

Yeah thats what our weight lifting coach said peanut butter sandwiches in the morning then halfway to lunch then at lunch like 2 chicken breasts and then more peanut butter. Now i would do this but 1) its expensive 2) its hard to remember and to keep focused on 3) i dont want to eat that much

 
Peanut butter is really good for building muscle... The "essential" oils in it or some shit, as well as the protien. Medical grade cod liver oil is the next best thing to it.

Supposed to reduce soreness, improve muscle growth.

 
nah, box... im going easy till i get some bags and i can work on speed

been out of it for a couple years my knees are alot better then they were so im gonna try to get back into some sports

 
some of the best times of my life as funny as it sounds, i did some uh... less organized fighting too, great fun, great guys... sparking gloves own. I'd really like to do some ufc type fighting when i graduate. anyway if theres any programs near you i would definatly check it out. im about to start taking some judo classes. plus women love boxers.
