i had a colonoscopy a few years back (had some polyps and my grandfather died from colon cancer so the docs were like HELL NAW) and you have to take that shit like every 30 minutes. probably THE worst tasting thing you can ever try. fear factor has nothing on it. the flavor is ginger lemon..........wtf kind of flavor is that? you take it and 30 seconds later your *** is on fire. do that 5 times a day for two days....
Yeah thats what our weight lifting coach said peanut butter sandwiches in the morning then halfway to lunch then at lunch like 2 chicken breasts and then more peanut butter. Now i would do this but 1) its expensive 2) its hard to remember and to keep focused on 3) i dont want to eat that muchit'll help, i think its effect might be a little bit overrated though. if i could affoard to just eat nothing but chicken or something i'd probably do that instead
