they are all brand new (all 4 of them) single 8 ohm, never been used.. 150 watts rms 300 peak....

they are a little dusty , and have some styrafoam on them from the packing

i think i have manuals for all of them . if not i can make copies..

no , the foam is perfect and fresh.....you will not be needing to replace them any time soon......they look brand new....they have never left the box they came in except to take some pics....
