their support is horrible, instead of pressing 1 or 2 for something they have you say what it is which is usually mistaken for another option.....last time i EVER buy dell.....compaq/hp's tech support is 50000x better

my dad just bought a new quad core and it gave him the blue screen of death after a month. He was on the phone with them for about 5 hours the other night. Thought it was funny because i built my computer about the same time as him and mine cost half the price and is two times better. Best way to do do it by yourself it seems like

have you not tried talking to fedex or ups lately or even XM, everyone uses those now, there usually right if you actually try talking to it, when i have to call xm to set up customers accounts, i just talk jibberish with it until it says its transferring me to a person, always works for me

anytime ive had a problem with dell everything has went through really well, i have an XPS laptop, supposedly xps has their own support, but they were very helpful when i dropped my book bag with only laptop in it, it cracked a piece, they guy was out there the next day with the piece swapping it out, yay for 3yr accidental warranty
