Fusion NV2500d. Anyone using one?

I just picked mine up from a member on this board.....and man, was i supprised! I never really heard much about fusion, and wasnt really overall impressed with the looks of it....but this thing puts out some MAJOR power. I have it powering my 12" IA death penalty, in a 2.5cuft. box, with 2, 4" aeros, mounted externally in my 1999 suburban. I was concerned if this sub/amp combo would be enough to fill my cabin space with a sizeable amount of bass, and it DOES! just seeing if anyone else was impressed with there fusion. I kno im happy as hell. Im running it at 1 ohm daily, pounding it decently hard, amp stays REAL cool, and so does the sub! +1 for fusion! anyone kno the history behind these amps?

I never heard of fusion either until a friend of my brothers got a sponsorship through them in his mazda hatch. He had two nv series 15" woofers inverted in a fiberglass enclosure ( don't know specs ) and he had two the of amps you suggested the nv2500d and that thing waked the block thats for sure. I was thinking of running some of the gear especially the amps probably the powerplant series.. but its just overpriced in my area. Audioque prices ftw

Yea, i love mine......how much does one run where ur at? i heard they will do .5 ohm also

They are supposed to be pretty beefy.

Yea i heard they can run .5 also. I can't recall the price on the amplifier at the shop that they sell it. but more power can be had online for the price im sure.

I love my fusion..FCA4000D running .5 ohm daily. Good for 5500-6000rms on my 12v system =)
