what size fuses will i need for the power conections for the orion 2500d amp? and do i put one on each power conection? ty in advance,
this is a great option if you have a big azz alt and battery up front, but i go fused 300a from front batt to back, then fused dblock @ 300a to amps from back batt...I just fuse up by the battery. I don't fuse off of each power connection.
looks like you are going all Orion, good job //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif that line you are running is great. I have three 2500d's and have probably owned 15-20 1200d/2500d's in the past 6 yrs. What are you going to use for the subs? the Kickers will blow, the DD's will probably blow too if you romp on themty crxbmpn that is what i am gonna do!
And i used to run a 2500d @ 1 ohm and not blow 40 amps of maxi fuse. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifi have a fused dist block, zero g in and dual 4's out to the amp, and i have a 300a ANL fuse in there.I used to blow 300's burping @ .25 ohm //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif
