I plan to run a ~12" cable from an auxiliary battery to a fused distribution block which in turn will power amps/accessories. Should this short power cable be fused?

Also, does anyone know of a fused distro block that has a 4 gauge input and outputs that can accommodate fuses and wiring ranging from 5 amp - 80 amp / 18 gauge - 8 gauge? I have very low draw accessories as well as amplifiers that I'd ideally like to run off the same block, to keep the install as clean/simple as possible.

Thanks,

James
