Fuses

I blew 2 of my 40 amp fuses out the outside of my amplifier.

Problem is that no place around here, like Autozone, carries anything larger than a 30amp in what I need. No luck searching on the internet yet. I was wondering where I could pick some up.

Blade-type fuses?

Right, blade type fuses.

I just looked on Google at the very top for product results, and they range from 50¢ each to like $1.95 each, so I wasn't too sure if it's exactly what I need.

I went to Autozone, and Radio Shack figuring either one probably would have what I needed.

I was told that the fuses for car audio that I needed that they aren't allowed to sell them. Never went to wally world though

What amp? I know that the HiFonics amps use Maxi, not ATO, fuses. I got a 10 pack of 40A ATO off Ebay for about $5 a few years ago. I don't need that many PM and I might be able to send a few your way if I can remember where they are.

Do you know why they blew? Before replacing them I would definitely figure that out.

i think my orion 600d also had a 50a maxi, my bx605 was 60a maxi...maybe darvex has them i dunno
