Funny pic request - goofy black guy

I'm looking for an odd collection of pics. I have seen them floating around on forums when people make fun of others. They are pictures containing a short goofy black guy that I've seen in a movie. The guy is probably 4 ft tall, has a short flat-top haircut, about 3 teeth, and bug-eyes. NOT Gary Coleman! I have seen him in some movie where he and some other handicapped people are following around one normal guy - I think this young, normal guy was their guardian or something. I know this is real abstract, but maybe someone can help me out. Trying to make a compilation of pics to send out to my department when fellow co-workers leave their computers unlocked.
